“What drives the anxiety and anger is the fear of being inferior, (… the fear of being) excluded.” (Min. 24:34)

“Training compassion is training the capacity to be in constant love.” (Min. 26:20)

“Compassion is fierce, it requires tremendous strength. It also means being very clear about your limits.” (Min. 27:11)

“Compassion – sometimes people think –  is like a wet noodle, a vegetable, it’s overcooked. It’s not that at all. You look at people that are really compassionate like Mother Theresa, (…) Desmond Tutu, (…) Nelson Mandela (…) or the Dalai Lama. These are very tough people. And they are ruled by compassion.” (Min. 27:20)
